To help maintain the quality of our property, please follow these standard house rules: Check-in and check-out times: Check-in: 4 PM – 9 PM (Please inform us in advance if you require a different check-in time) Check-out: 11 AM WiFi: Network name: 671 Crocus Password: 671crocus Front Door: To enter front door, enter your 4 digit code, then click the lock button at the bottom of the keypad. The front door will automatically lock after 5 seconds. You may need to slightly press the front door inwards to properly lock the front door due to the new weather strip padding around the door. Just slightly press front door in and then click the lock button to lock front door manually. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. No parties or events: Please respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property and refrain from hosting any parties or events during your stay. Quiet hours: To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Maximum occupancy: Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. Pets We welcome pets at our property! However, to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all guests, a one-time $100 additional deep cleaning fee will be charged per stay for guests bringing pets. Please notify us in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet. Cleanliness: Kindly treat our home with respect and maintain its cleanliness. Dispose of trash in designated bins and wash dirty dishes before checking out. Damages and breakages: Please report any damages or breakages immediately. We understand that accidents happen, but guests may be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements. Amenities: Feel free to use the provided amenities, but return them to their original locations before checking out. Do not remove any items from the property. Safety: For your safety and the safety of others, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Also, remember to turn off appliances and electronic devices when not in use. There will be extra trash bags underneath the kitchen sink. The city trash collection comes on Monday & Thursday mornings. Pool/spa area: The pool & spa is cleaned and treated every Friday. Please leave the hot tub at 102 F. Turn off jets & light when not using. Also remember to cover spa after each use, to keep spa clean & hot. Attend to any children at all times in the pool/spa area.
